Where is my order?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary based on location:

United States & Canada: 7-12 business days

International Orders: Delivery may take longer due to customs delays.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or through our tracking page.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you didn’t provide an email address during checkout, that might be the issue.

Contact us with your order details, and we’ll assist in locating your order and updating your email on file.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can only change your shipping address before your order has been processed. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Why has my order been delayed?

Occasional delays may occur due to global logistics challenges or customs processing. These are beyond our control as we rely on third-party carriers. For international orders, please allow extra time for delivery. Use your tracking number for the latest updates.

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Check with neighbors or your local postal service.

• It’s possible a delivery notice was left for pickup at a local post office.

If you’re still unable to locate it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for further assistance.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us within this timeframe to cancel or update your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are unused and unopened.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to reflect on the carrier’s website. If your tracking status hasn’t changed in over 7 days, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Can I get a refund if my order is lost in transit?

If your package is lost in transit, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. If your tracking information hasn’t updated in over 10 days, contact us to investigate further.
